Updated Look for Two-Building South Park Development

Updated designs have emerged for a two-building development now rising near the historic offices of the Los Angeles Herald-Examiner.

The project, which is being developed by Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises, is named 11×12 for the addresses of its development sites at 1100 S. Hill Street and 1201 S. Main Street.  As designed by architecture firm Harley Ellis Devereaux, with direction from Togawa Smith Martin, the dual low-rise buildings will feature a combined 391 residential units and 16,000 square feet of retail space.
